Holds Soledad Mountain gold-silver project, 1,000 hectares, 8 km south of Mojave, Calif., with proven and probable reserves of 46,567,300 tonnes grading 0.703 g/t gold and 12.96 g/t silver at December 2007. The company proposed development of an open-pit heap leach operation with annual production of 90,000 oz. gold and 1,000,000 oz. silver over a 12-year mine life. Development capital costs are estimated at US$48,830,000. The project has been on hold since 2001.
